Frequently asked questions

A short guide to how we buy, ship and clear cars from the USA. Tap a question to see the answer.

What does “turnkey car from the USA” mean?

You choose the car and we do the rest: check its history by VIN, buy it at auction, handle the paperwork, ship it by sea and car carrier to Bishkek, clear customs and hand you the keys.

You do not need to travel to the USA or learn how auctions and logistics work. We calculate the turnkey price in advance: the car, auction fees, shipping, customs and our fee.

How do I pay for the car?

Payment is made in stages under a contract. First a deposit so we can bid. After the auction is won, the price of the car and the auction fees. Shipping and customs are paid later, while the car is on its way.

We agree the payment method (cash or bank transfer) when signing the contract. You get a document for every payment.

What guarantees that the car will arrive?

We work under a contract that sets out the car, the timing and each side’s responsibility. The car travels in a container with trusted carriers, and the cargo can be insured for its full value.

At every stage we send photos and documents: from the auction, at loading, from the port and from the border, so you always know where your car is. The ownership document (title) and the Bill of Lading confirm that the car is yours and has been shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–3 months from purchase to keys in Bishkek. The longest part is the sea voyage to China: 30–45 days.

Timing depends on the state, the port and the queue at the border. All stages with days are on the Shipping page.

What makes up the turnkey price?

The auction price of the car, auction fees, delivery to a US port, sea freight to China, the road to Bishkek, customs and our fee.

Before buying we give you a line-by-line breakdown with no hidden payments. You can estimate customs yourself with the calculator on the Customs page.

Can I check the car before buying?

Yes. Before bidding we check the VIN history: accidents, mileage, number of owners and service records. We also review the auction photos and report.

If something is wrong with the car, we tell you honestly and suggest other options.

Are auction cars damaged?

Auctions have all kinds of cars: undamaged, with light accident damage, or hail damage. We show you exactly what is wrong with a car in advance and estimate the repair.

A car with minor damage often comes out noticeably cheaper, even with the repair included.

Do I have to bid at the auction myself?

No. We place the bids from our own account. You tell us which car you want and your maximum budget, and we send you suitable lots and the auction results.

If a lot goes to another buyer, we find the next one.

Which documents will I get?

The US ownership document (title), the auction invoice, the shipping documents and the Kyrgyz customs documents. These are what you need to register the car.
